MARK MYERS, CD – CHAIRMAN, BARITA, BUTM. DIRECTOR, CTMB

An astute businessman, Mark Myers is the Managing Director of Restaurants of Jamaica Ltd. Mr. Myers holds a Bachelor of Sciencedegree in Operations, Transportation and Distribution Management from Syracuse University’s School of Management. A believer in contributing to the development of his country, he has served on several boards to include the BOJ, Jamaica Trade and Invest and the Jamaica Observer.

PAUL SIMPSON, CD (MBA) – CHAIRMAN CFHL, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN BARITA, CTMB, BUTM 

Mr. Simpson is the Founder, President and CEO of Cornerstone. He is an Investment Banker with over 13 years experience having worked in the Caribbean, the United States and Europe in various roles. He holds a double major in Computer Science and Geology and an MBA from the University of the West Indies. He has served on various government, private and charity boards including the Youth Arm of UNESCO, YMCA and the Jamaica Tourist Board where he was the Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee.

LYDEN HEAVEN –  CHAIRMAN CTMB

Mr. Lyden D. Trevor Heaven is a Graduate of The University of Reading, a Chartered Electrical Engineer by profession, with extensive experience in the Bauxite/Alumina Industry. He has been in the petroleum industry as a franchise operator since 1988.
Mr. Heaven is currently the owner/ operator of Heaven’s FESCO’s DODO in Mandeville. He is a two-time Past President of the Jamaica Gasoline Retailers Association (JGRA). Mr Heaven is a Justice of the Peace, serving currently as Vice President of The Lay Magistrates Association of Jamaica and a Rotary Past President and District Chair.
He currently serves as Chairman of Cornerstone Trust and Merchant Bank (CTMB), Chairman of the Credit and Audit Committees for CTMB and several other corporate and school boards.

NIGEL CHEN-SEE – DIRECTOR, CFHL

Nigel Chen-See is co-owner and director of National Supply Co. Ltd, Founded in 1981, it is one of the largest industrial hardware distributors in Jamaica. It represents major international manufacturers and provides distribution and service for carpentry, electrical, automotive, and plumbing tools as well as welding and compressed air equipment. Mr. Chen-See’s past directorships include Things Jamaican Ltd, Health Corporation Ltd and SportsMax Ltd. He currently serves on the board of the United Congregation of Israelites.

HUGH COORE – DIRECTOR, CFHL

Hugh Coore is an established entrepreneur in the petroleum and transportation industries. He was a Director of the Jamaica Gasoline Retailers Association for over fifteen years, and has been the Chairman of Coore’s Ltd. since 1994 and Deputy Chairman of FESCO Marketing Company since 2013. He has franchises with Texaco, since 1993. Currently, he is the owner and operator of Future Energy Source Company (FESCO) service stations throughout the Island, as well as a well-established island-wide petroleum haulage contractor.

DUNCAN STEWART – DIRECTOR, BARITA, BUTM, CHAIRMAN – INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Mr. Stewart is the General Manager of Stewart Motors Ltd. and he is also involved in leading related family businesses Stewart’s Auto Sales Ltd. and its affiliated companies, Stewart’s Auto Paints Ltd., Tropic Island Trading Company Ltd. and Silver Star Motors Ltd. Duncan is also a director of the Automobile Dealers Association and the Richard and Diana Stewart Foundation. Currently, he is a sponsor of the family charity, Kind Hearts, which is run by his children and their cousins.

PHILLIP LEE – DIRECTOR, BARITA
Mr. Phillip Lee is Group Managing Director for the companies owned and operated by the Lee family. These include Labels & Boxes Ltd. and Rotoflex Jamaica Ltd. which are the leading manufacturers of labels and packaging material in Jamaica. Phillip Lee has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and his companies supply many of the largest Jamaican manufacturers which includes GraceKennedy Ltd., Red Stripe and Salada Foods Jamaica Ltd. He has been involved in numerous successful packaging projects for these companies and continues to be consulted by the owners of major brands for his expertise.

ROBERT DRUMMOND (MBA) – DIRECTOR, BARITA, CTMB, BUTM

Mr. Drummond is a business executive and management consultant with over 30 years of experience leading and advising organizations through major strategic transformations in a range of industries, including financial services. He has held executive appointments at prominent companies in Jamaica and the US, including First Global Financial Services, GraceKennedy, NIKE, American Express and ITT Sheraton. Recognized as a strategy implementation specialist, Robert has contributed significantly through his research and publications on a range of topics including “Managing Resistance to Change” and “Organizational Turnarounds”. He holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.

JASON CHAMBERS (MSc.) – DIRECTOR, BARITA, BUTM

Jason has over 19 years of experience, spanning the range of securities trading, investment and treasury management, corporate finance, and corporate banking. Most recently, Jason held the position of Vice President of Investment Management at GraceKennedy Group. Jason also headed the Corporate Banking Unit within First Global Bank Limited and was also a member of senior management teams of the security dealing subsidiaries of the Guardian Holdings and GraceKennedy. Jason is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, he also obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of London.

CARL DOMVILLE –  DIRECTOR, BARITA, BUTM CHAIRMAN – AUDIT COMMITTEE

Mr. Domville is the former Chief Operating Officer and Group Treasurer of the Seprod Group of Companies. A Chartered Accountant. he currently serves as a Director of Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR); The Gleaner Company Limited and is also a Trustee of the Seprod et al Superannuation Scheme. He is also a former President of the Jamaica Cooperative Credit Union League Limited.

PETER GOLDSON – DIRECTOR, BIL, CHAIRMAN OF THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND CONDUCT REVIEW COMMITTEE, BIL

Mr. Goldson has practised law for over 35 years primarily as a commercial attorney, having joined Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, one of Jamaica’s premier law firms, in 1988. He has extensive experience and expertise handling complex commercial matters and transactions and Heads the Firms Commercial Department. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, commercial, corporate law and pensions. He sits on a number of boards and committees including the Advisory Board of the Companies Office of Jamaica, Jamaica International Financial Services Authority and the Pension Industry Association of Jamaica. In addition to having written and published various articles over the years, he has served as a Lecturer at both the University of the West Indies and the University of Technology. Mr. Goldson is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and Oxford University and is a former Jamaican Rhodes Scholar. He has been recognised by Chambers & Partners Global as a “standout practitioner” in the area of General Business Law and ranked as “Highly Regarded” by IFLR 1000.
