Dr. Carl A. R. Bruce is Medical Chief of Staff & Consultant Neurosurgeon at the University Hospital of the West Indies. He practices Minimally invasive & Complex Spine, Cerebrovascular and Skull Base surgeon and has been practicing in Jamaica since 2003. Dr. Bruce is an International Member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeon and a founding member of the Caribbean Neurological Association, where he is currently the Co-Chairman and Scientific Chairman. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a fellow of the Caribbean College of Surgeons a member of the Medical Association of Jamaica (MAJ) and the Association of Surgeons in Jamaica.
